Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days after the item arrives. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Additional non-returnable items:
•    Gift cards
•    Downloadable software products
•    Some health and personal care items
•    Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns of Body Jewelry, Bathing Suits, Underwear (Including Bras and Corsets). 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
•    Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

•    Any item that is returned more than 7 days after they arrive at your door.

All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries at present.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please remember our refunds are transferred within 5-7 days working days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays). If they still haven’t arrived, please check your bank account again just to be sure.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time on their end before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be fully refunded. Depending on a case by case basis, we may opt to provide a partial refund depending on the other factors within our Returns Policy.

Holiday Items

Items that are not late in terms of the delivery time (outlined in the 'Placing an Order' page) but simply fail to arrive by a date or time required by the customer are not a case for refunds. This includes all public holiday and personal events such as birthdays and celebrations.

Exchanges and Wong Sizes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theblackravens.com and send your item to: Brunel House, Fitzalan Road, Cardiff, United Kingdom, CF24 0EB.

If your item is not in the right size, please let us know and return it and we will provide you with a different size. Should you prefer a refund, the other factors outlined within our Returns Policy will be examined by our team who will deem whether the refund is accepted or rejected.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Item Failed To Arrive

The first step you should take regarding this is to check your tracking number on our tracking page to see where the item is.

If the item is still on its way, we are unable to provide a refund unless the item is over the delivery date (please see the 'Placing An Order' section).

If the item is delivered but not with you then please email our support team at: support@theblackravens.com.

In such circumstances, refunds are placed on hold until the location of the item is verified. If the mail is lost, you will be eligible for a refund or to have the item shipped again to you. Refunds are given only for the missing item, not the entire order.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Brunel House, Fitzalan Road, Cardiff, United Kingdom, CF24 0EB.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend you always ask for a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance when shipping your item to us, especially if you are shipping an item over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if we fail to do so no refund or replacement will be provided.
