Why am I receiving multiple tracking numbers?
Items may be shipped from different facilities so each item will be given its own unique tracking number. If you order the same item multiple times, depending on the size of the item, they may be given multiple tracking numbers.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost are usually determined by the quantity of items ordered, weight of items ordered, and shipping address. However, unlike other stores, The Black Ravens ships your items to you for free! This is because we know the pain of ordering an item then being blasted with last-minute costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24 Hours of your order and will be shipped within 2 business days following processing. The shipment process may take between 5-10 business days to arrive from date of shipping. Some items have extended shipping times, which is displayed on the product page.
How will I know that my order has been confirmed?
When you place your order, you will be sent to a confirmation page, and an email confirming your order is sent to you. We do ask that you please check your spam folder though as it is possible some email services have tightened privacy settings and the items get trapped there.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming this (along with your tracking number). You can easily track your package from the tracking link on our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Our first priority is to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. If, however, you cancel an order prior to the item being shipped (while it is still in the processing stage), we will be able to cancel this for you and provide your money back in full. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to arrive into your bank account.
Can I add or remove an item after my order is placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit an order once it has been placed, but please feel free to order another item and it will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Can I change my address?
We try and ship items as soon as we possibly can. If the item is still being processed, we are able to alter the address, if the item has been shipped, we are unable to change your address.
What forms of payment does theblackravens.com accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express, PayPal and Amazon Pay. You may also use check cards or debit cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash.
Why is my order not going through?
Please make sure your billing information matches the card/payment method you are using as this may get flagged up by our system and stop a payment from going through. Also, please make sure when submitting the ‘Name On Card’ information the information you provide is identical to the one on the card.
I placed an order, but I still haven't received it yet. Where is my order?
If you were not:
- Taken to the final order confirmation when completing the order.
- Sent a confirmation email to let you know the order was placed (check the spam folder too)
- Sent an email with tracking information.
Your order most likely did not go through and you were not charged. If you would like to confirm this, please feel free to email the team at: email@example.com.
Please note – The Black Ravens does not ship all items from its own warehouse, therefore, shipping times may vary depending on product.
Why am I seeing a charge on my card even though my order did not go through?
Though your order wasn't placed, you may see a hold (pending charge) on your credit/debit account. This occurs when the information provided does not match the information your bank has and so they place a temporary hold on the card. This is out of our control. The hold will be typically released by your bank in 48-72 business hours. Please contact your bank if you have any further questions.
Why is the price listed on my statement, different than the price on my order confirmation?
All orders are placed in US Dollars. Any differences you see on your statement to the order is due to a currency conversion and will reflect the same amount of the order but in your native currency. Please contact your bank for further details.
