We currently process all payments via Paypal, and accept all forms of payment that Paypal accepts such as MasterCard, Visa, etc.. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash.

Please note – We do not always ship every item from our own location, therefore shipping times may vary depending on the product and its availability.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming this (along with your tracking number). You can easily track your package from our Tracking Page.
We try and ship items as soon as possible. If the item is still being processed we are able to alter the address but if the item has been shipped, we are unable to change your address.
All orders are placed in US Dollars. Any differences you see on your statement to the order is likely due to a currency conversion and will reflect the same amount of the order but in your native currency. Please contact your bank for further details.
When you place your order, you will be sent to a confirmation page, and an email confirming your order is sent to you. We do ask that you please check your spam folder though as it is possible some email services have tightened privacy settings and the items may get trapped there.
Please make sure your billing information matches the card/payment method you are using as this may get flagged by our system and stop a payment from going through. Also, please make sure when submitting the "Name On Card" information that the information you provide is identical to the one on the card.

Though your order wasn't placed, you may see a hold (pending charge) on your credit/debit account. This occurs when the information provided does not match the information your bank has and so they place a temporary hold on the card. This is out of our control. The hold will be typically released by your bank in 48-72 business hours. Please contact your bank if you have any further questions.
Our first priority is to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. If, however, you cancel an order prior to the item being shipped (while it is still in the processing stage), we will be able to cancel this for you and provide your money back in full. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to arrive into your bank account. Please note: if your item has already shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
Items may be shipped from different facilities so each item will be given its own unique tracking number. If you order the same item multiple times, depending on the size of the item, they may be given multiple tracking numbers.
We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are always working hard to achieve that. Please be patient; we provide tracking and will update you should there be any unexpected delays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit an order once it has been placed, but please feel free to order another item and it will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Charges will appear as "TBRAVENS" or "THE BLACK RAVENS" on your credit card statements.
